Expanding your online music collection just got much cheaper
I heart iTunes, and they’ve now fixed what was probably my #1 complaint about it.
I would hear a great song on the radio and run to grab it on iTunes. Then a few weeks later I’d hear another song, get it too, and then realize that it was from the same album as the first one.
I’d now spent almost $2 on two songs when I could instead have just bought the entire album for a few dollars more. Grrr! This kept making me angry.
But now iTunes has gotten even smarter and you can get credit for individual song purchases you’ve already made when you go back and decide to just get the whole album.

This is exactly the reason that I had not gotten an I-Pod yet! Now I may have to start begging and pleading for one now that I can download a whole album! Thanks for the good news, Erika!
